FAQs
We manufacture a wide range of products, from apparel to accessories. We work with Womenswear, Menswear and Childrenswear, Bridal, Uniforms, Streetwear, and Plus Sizes. Our lineup of non-apparel items include: bowties, neckties, bags, dog products, and auto upholstery.
First, we’ll have an initial design meeting for determining the best services for your project. I’ll answer any questions and concerns, and we’ll explore additions and finishes, like zippers and embroidery, to make your product stand out.
I’ll need some basic information about your company (eg: target market, price points) and information about each style you’re developing. You’re already steps ahead if you have a flat design sketch with front, back, and detail views. If not, that’s perfectly okay too. I can create one using your inspirational images and existing garments.
When we’re ready to start the project, I’ll need to know which fabrics and trims you’re using with sample yardage. I’ll also need measurement specs of the garment itself, and/or body measurements.
Yes! Our sample making can take about two weeks of lead time.
We consider fit, fabrication, and functionality with each garment, and discuss construction details and price points. We suggest hiring a professional model for accurate sizing. Each project takes approximately three fittings, depending on its complexity. BUt if you experience any changes, be sure to communicate them ahead of time. Doing so may cut the number of fittings needed.

Absolutely. We grade up and down based on your base size pattern. We first develop your size chart, and then we go into the grading.

Give us heads up when you send a package!
We can help finish your vision, source materials, create tech packs, and provide a sample of your garment so you can see and feel it in-person.
A tech pack (technical package) is a detailed document containing all the necessary specifications of the product we’re creating. It typically includes:
- Design sketches or technical flats of the garment from various angles.
- A bill of materials (BOM) listing all required production materials, including fabric, trims, buttons, zippers, labels, etc.
- Specific measurements for each size of the garment, including body measurements and finished garment measurements.
- Manufacturing details, including stitching techniques, seam allowances, and special finishes.
- Grading instructions for sizing.
- Labeling, packaging, and branding requirements.
- Production quality standards.
Not every project needs a tech pack. If your design is simple with less technical understanding, just verbally communicate it to us. However, if you’re creating a complex design, a tech pack can translate every detail and minimize production errors.
