We use a 4’ x 6’ Gerber digitizer, 72” Gerber plotter, and Gerber Accumark software for all pattern, grading, and making services, and Adobe Illustrator for tech specs and flats. Utilizing the best available technologies and machinery enables us to bring your project to life!

Your Technical Flat is a detailed drawing illustrating details like stitching, seams, pockets, trims, call outs, pattern card, etc.
Technical Packages include everything in a design garment including, BOM, Construction Details, Labeling and Packaging, Colorways, Measurements and Grading Specs
POM’s are critical in a tech pack because they provide exact locations on the garments where measurements were taken, used to ensure consistency in sizing across production. Each POM is labeled on the technical flat and includes measurement reference to guarantee accuracy.
